Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive medical treatment that uses acoustic shock waves to stimulate healing in injured tissues and promote new blood vessel growth. During treatment, a handheld device delivers sound waves, creating mechanical stress and microtrauma that triggers a cascade of biological responses leading to pain reduction and tissue
regeneration. It is used to treat chronic conditions like Achilles tendinitis, plantar fasciitis and tennis elbow as well as non-healing fractures.
Laser Therapy
Laser therapy is a medical treatment that utilizes concentrated light to promote healing by improving cellular energy, reducing inflammation, and increasing blood circulation. Promotes the body’s own stem cell production. Laser therapy promotes the formation of new, small blood vessels (capillaries), increasing blood flow and the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to damaged tissues.
Decompression Therapy
Decompression therapy is a non-surgical treatment that aims to relieve pain and improve mobility by reducing pressure on the spinal discs. It involves applying gentle traction to the spine, which creates negative pressure within the discs, allowing them to retract and decompress. The traction force is gradually increased and decreased, allowing the discs to decompress and reduce pressure on the nerves.
Tonal Rehab System
Our Tonal system provides customized rehab for most common injuries. Rehab programs range from strength training to increasing flexibility and range of motion. Each program is customized depending on individual needs.
Vibration Therapy
Vibration therapy, also known as whole-body vibration (WBV), involves standing or sitting on a platform that produces high-frequency vibrations. Helps develop muscle strength and toning. Improves circulation. Increases bone density and reduces osteoporosis. Improves balance and coordination.
