What should I expect on my first visit?

You'll get a detailed consultation, exam, and usually start gentle care. We'll also take time to answer your questions and make sure you feel comfortable with the plan.

How many visits before I start to feel better?

Most disc plans last six to twelve weeks, with gradual improvement. We'll track your progress along the way and adjust your schedule based on how your body responds.

Do you accept insurance, and what is covered?

We check your benefits, explain costs, and often see strong injury coverage. If anything is unclear, we'll walk you through it step-by-step before you commit.

Will I need X-rays or an MRI?

For suspected disc or soft-tissue damage, we usually order an MRI. If imaging is recommended, we'll explain exactly why and help coordinate the next steps.

Is chiropractic care safe?

Yes. Care is very safe when properly examined and imaged. Your comfort and safety come first, and we'll always choose the most appropriate approach for your situation.

Dr. Shawn Jones Dr. Jones is an Atlanta native and was licensed in 2001. In 1995, he graduated from Hampton University in Hampton, VA with a degree in biology and also received a commission as a 2LT in the US Army Reserves where he served from 1995-2003. In 2001, he graduated from Life University in Marietta with his Doctor of Chiropractic.
